Job description
Join EHA’s Education Team and help implement a new Learning Experience Platform (LXP). You will gain hands-on experience in digital learning, platform implementation, user testing, and stakeholder collaboration while contributing to an important strategic project for a leading European medical association.
During this internship, you will:
Support the migration and organization of learning content in the new LXP.
Help configure platform settings, user accounts, groups, and permissions.
Participate in user testing and provide feedback on the learner experience.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and document findings.
Create user guides, tutorials, and other support materials.
Help organize internal training sessions and demonstrations.
Provide first-line support during the LXP roll-out.
Collaborate with colleagues on integrations with authentication and CRM systems.

Job requirements
Only candidates who are registered at an educational institute and reside in the Netherlands will be considered. If you are a non‑EU/EEA national, a valid work permit for the Netherlands is required.
Employment is subject to the condition that the employee provides the employer with a valid Certificate of Conduct (VOG) within eight weeks of the employment start date.
Available to start in September 2026 and commit to an internship period of approx. six months.
Specific requirements for this internship
You are currently enrolled in a master's, PhD, or the final year of a bachelor’s program in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
You have an excellent command of English (written and spoken, C1 level or equivalent).
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in standard office software (MS Office suite) and an aptitude for quickly learning new digital tools and platforms.
Detail-oriented and organized, with solid time management and the ability to multitask across different assignments.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset – comfortable troubleshooting basic technical issues and suggesting improvements.
Comfortable conducting user research activities, such as surveys, interviews, focus groups, and needs analyses.
Knowledge of or familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), e-learning, instructional design principles, or learning analytics (preferred but not required).
A proactive, self-motivated attitude with enthusiasm for digital learning and helping others.
